Decisions, decisions, decisions

There are so many decisions that come with the job of “living”. What would we be if we never had to make a decision? Well, to start off, it would be impossible. To sit around and do nothing is your decision. You would have to make the decision of not doing other things and only sit around, right? You have to decide what socks to put on your feet in the morning, how many times you press the snooze. Or there are bigger decisions, like what college to go to, or what career you choose. And in the long run, EVERY decision you make will affect you somehow; no matter how small or how big, or how stupid. So for me, now is the time that I am deciding about my future. Picking classes for next year, choosing between two sports, and even starting to think about college and careers at this early in the running. Being diverse like me and most of my friends, it is difficult to choose just one path to walk down. But also, there is never a perfect path or perfect job, so I’m trying not to stress too much about it. But, I know that the decisions that I make now are paving the way for a lot of my future. There will be heartache, headache, and opportunity cost, all of which is intimidating. Most of you are making the same choices and thinking the same thoughts right now, seeing as the people who usually read this are my school mates anyway. 🙂 So when making your decisions for the next few months and even years, think about how it will affect you beyond just a month or a year from now. Think how it will affect your life and your attitude. As I say, you won’t regret it. 🙂

Just know that there are no mistakes. Every path you’re on is the one you’re supposed to be on. Learn what you can and make the best of it. This is an incredible post. Do you have professional blogger on your list of career options???
